Job summary

Absa Group invites applications for Relationship Executive Commercial Growth based in Bellville. The role focuses on origination, cross-sell and client coverage for Growth Account clients with medium to high complexity, in a hybrid work setup.

You will own client portfolios, drive revenue targets, develop strong relationships through regular visits, ensure risk and regulatory compliance, and contribute to product development to better serve customers in the corporate banking segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce and Management Studies required.

Responsibilities

• Drive origination to acquire new Growth Account clients.
• Actively develop strong client relationships and conduct regular client visits to service clients as per the Growth Account Value Proposition.
• Take ultimate ownership of portfolio risk management by understanding and applying the Bank's and clients' regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate to improve ways of working, share knowledge and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Provide input into product development to better service our Growth Account clients.
