Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to queries either in person, via phone, or email.
• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Walk customers through problem-solving processes.

Requirements

• A National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
