Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance to users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve IT problems efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Manage user accounts and permissions across various IT systems.
• Maintain IT inventory and assist with procurement of new equipment.

Requirements
