Placements24 is seeking a Graduate HR Generalist to join its HR team in Polokwane. This full-time, office-based role offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HRIS, payroll support, training and employee relations, with mentorship from the HR Manager.

You'll gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle in a dynamic retail environment, develop HR knowledge, and contribute to improving HR processes while building a strong foundation for your HR career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop in HR.
• Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
• Maintain employee records and update the HR information system (HRIS).
