Qualifications

• Grade 12 plus 1 year related experience or minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English and preferably the dominant language spoken in geographical area.
• Above average numeric skills.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional Customer service.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be able to work shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Receive / IBT Stock and verify against invoices and delivery notes.
• Process stock into the IT system within required time frames and ensure accuracy.
• Label stock with correct SKUs and adhere to pricing policy.
• Handle supplier claims with proper documentation and approvals.
• Maintain security and keep receiving area tidy and locked when unattended.
• Ensure readiness of the GRS area and support Ready for Business processes.
• Provide excellent Customer service and respond to supplier queries.
• Adhere to OHSA safety requirements and report concerns.
