Cashbuild Limited is seeking a Goods Receiving Supervisor to manage stock reception, verification, labeling and pricing compliance. You will coordinate with suppliers and stores, ensure accurate system updates and maintain security in the GRS area.

The role requires Grade 12 or equivalent plus related experience, English communication, strong numeric skills, and the ability to work shifts including weekends. Customer service excellence and computer literacy are essential.

Formación

• Grade 12 or equivalent with related experience.
• Ability to communicate in English; dominant local language preferred.
• Above average numeric skills.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional Customer service.
• Proven ability to work under pressure.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be able to work shifts and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Receive / IBT stock and ensure accurate identification and balancing with supplier documents.
• Process stock transfers and ensure timely IT system captures.
• Label stock with correct SKUs and ensure pricing adherence.
• Handle supplier claims, amendments and necessary authorisations.
• Maintain security and control of receiving area, lock up and prevent unauthorised access.
• Keep GRS office clean and stock area tidy; adhere to Ready for Business processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service to any stakeholder the GRS may deal with.
• Ensure OHSA safety practices and report concerns to Store Manager.
