Job summary

Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years’ senior management experience in an estate golf club, and hold a certificate or diploma in hotel management or golf operations. Not open to expats.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the course, including its activities and the relationships between the course, members, guests, employees, estate homeowners and the community.
• Oversee and provide strategic and day to day direction of all aspects of the golf course, club house, service delivery and product delivery.
• Guide; manage and assist in financial well-being of the entire golf operation including golf course machinery and equipment.
• Promote membership and ensure the golf operation provides a world class golfing experience with motivated, committed, and disciplined staff.
• Facilitate effective interdepartmental co‑operation to ensure guests’ expectations are anticipated and exceeded.

Salary Package:

R70 000 – R80 000 Depending upon experience + Performance bonus
