Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Golf Operations Manager for a premier golf resort and estate in Upington, Northern Cape. You will oversee day-to-day golf operations, including tee times, the pro shop, tournaments, and guest services, ensuring an exceptional golfing experience.

Lead the team, manage budgets, and collaborate with the Head Greenkeeper to maintain top course conditions. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required to meet operational demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Golf Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in golf operations management, with proven leadership capabilities.
• Strong understanding of golf course operations, tournament management, retail, and customer service principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, inventory, and staff effectively.
• Proficiency in golf management software (e.g., Jonas, Golf Genius) and POS systems.
• A passion for the game of golf and commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and potentially evenings, as required by the operational demands in Upington, Northern Cape.

Responsibilities
