Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Extensive experience in golf course management and operations.
• Proven track record in leadership and team management within the golf or hospitality industry.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Deep knowledge of golf course agronomy and maintenance best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Experience in golf retail, merchandising, and sales.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
• Membership in a recognized professional golf association (e.g., PGA) is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Golf Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
