You will standardize recruitment, implement workforce planning, and provide data-driven insights while maintaining compliance with our values and local regulations across time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or organisational psychology is required.
• Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition, workforce planning or talent management.
• Experience standardizing recruitment across multiple locations or regions requested.
• Strong analytical capability and use of talent metrics to inform decisions.
• Experience in global, multicultural environments and knowledge of employment law.
• Nonprofit/ministry experience is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead CV's global talent acquisition strategy across locations.
• Standardize recruitment processes to drive consistency and efficiency.
• Partner with hiring managers to support timely, high-quality hiring decisions.
• Establish structured interview, selection, and assessment methodologies.
• Train managers with practical tools and best practices.
• Lead strategic workforce planning including headcount forecasting.
• Design and maintain a global talent framework with roles and competencies.
• Provide data-driven insights through workforce analytics for leadership.
• Collaborate on employer branding and talent attraction strategies.
• Support succession planning and leadership pipeline with senior leaders.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements reflecting CV's values and context.
• Coordinate across time zones, including occasional out-of-hours availability.
