You will guide recruitment strategy, implement development programs, and partner with leaders to drive engagement, growth, and organizational capability in a dynamic, office-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates for all levels of the organization.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management.
• Design and implement effective employee development programs, including training, mentorship, and career pathing initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide expert consultation on recruitment best practices.
• Manage and mentor the talent acquisition and development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and talent development outcomes to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators.
• Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the entire talent lifecycle.
• Develop and manage the budget for talent acquisition and development activities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management and employer branding.
