Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in executive search or senior-level talent acquisition.
• Experience delivering complex, high-profile recruitment projects in a consultancy setting.
• Expertise in executive sourcing methodologies and candidate engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage executive search assignments from inception to completion.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates for senior roles.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite executives and hiring managers.
• Conduct market mapping and competitive intelligence to inform search strategies.
