Placements24 is seeking an experienced HR Manager focused on Talent and Culture to shape employee experience, drive engagement, and scale HR globally from a strategic position near Mossel Bay, Western Cape. This fully remote role emphasizes building exceptional workplace cultures and comprehensive talent strategies across distributed teams.

The ideal candidate brings a Masters in HR/Organizational Psychology and 8+ years of remote HR leadership, with proven success in tech/startup environments,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on talent management and remote team leadership.
• Proven track record building and scaling HR in tech/startup environments.
• Expertise in global talent acquisition, employer branding, and onboarding.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and other HR technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates globally.
• Design and manage comprehensive employee onboarding and development programs.
• Champion and evolve the company's culture to remain vibrant, inclusive, and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive remote work environment.
• Oversee performance management processes with focus on growth, feedback, and development.
• Manage compensation and benefits strategies to stay competitive in the global talent market.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leadership on talent and culture matters.
• Drive DEI initiatives across the organization.
• Utilize HR analytics to inform talent strategies and measure effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws across regions where employees are based.
