Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group in Cape Town is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the end-to-end recruitment cycle across designated regions, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top talent aligned with business objectives. You will be accountable for delivering hiring outcomes, including time to hire, quality of hire, and overall recruitment effectiveness, while maintaining a strong candidate experience.

Your role involves managing both internal and external vacancies, optimizing recruitment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or equivalent experience.
5+ years of recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience.
Experience in-house recruitment and managing full recruitment lifecycle.
Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter.
Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment compliance.
Fluent English communication (oral and written).
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Ability to work across multiple countries/regions.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment cycle across designated regions.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and People Experience teams to identify talent needs.
Develop recruitment campaigns, job descriptions, and talent pipelines.
Screen, interview, and guide interview processes to ensure quality hires.
Strengthen Ten's employer brand and optimize recruitment processes.
Track recruitment metrics and manage costs across campaigns.
