• Maintain central inventory of Cornerstone licenses and related documents.
• Monitor usage to ensure contractual and legal compliance.
• Interpret entitlements, terms, and obligations; manage audit processes.
• Develop governance documents and training for license compliance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting of license requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors and procurement for renewals and changes.
