Job summary

AECOM is seeking a License Management Specialist to lead global governance of Cornerstone licenses from Durban. The role ensures compliant licensing, cost-efficient utilization, and alignment with enterprise technology and business objectives.

You will join the Enterprise Capability team and collaborate with IT Procurement, budgeting, and vendor management across regions. Hybrid work with three days in the office and two remote days supports global delivery and continuous improvement of license

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business, or related field with four years in software asset/license management.
• Experience with engineering software licenses and vendor agreements.
• Strong analytical, risk awareness, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain centralized inventory of Cornerstone licenses and related documents.
• Audit usage to ensure contractual and legal compliance with vendor terms.
• Optimize license utilization and support budgeting/forecasting.
• Collaborate with IT Procurement, Budgeting, and Governance teams globally.
• Support license governance, renewal negotiations, and documentation.
