Job summary

AECOM is seeking a License Management Specialist to centrally oversee Cornerstone licenses across the global enterprise from Durban, with a hybrid work model. You will ensure legal and contractual compliance, optimize license usage, and support governance, budgeting and vendor relations.

The role requires a strong analytics mindset, stakeholder engagement, and experience in software licensing. Three days in the office per week and remote work on other days are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, business, or related field.
• Four years of experience in IT, engineering, or a related role.
• Experience with software license governance and compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralised inventory of Cornerstone licenses and documents.
• Audit and validate license usage for compliance against vendor terms and agreements.
• Interpret license entitlements, terms, and vendor contractual obligations.
• Mitigate compliance risks through proactive monitoring, process improvements, and internal training.
• Contribute to governance documents relating to licensing and controls for compliance.
