Job summary

AECOM is seeking a License Governance & Compliance Specialist to oversee centralized licensing for Cornerstone engineering software across the global enterprise. You will ensure legal compliance, optimize license usage, and support budgeting and vendor negotiations.

The role sits in the Enterprise Capability team, coordinating with procurement, governance, and engineering teams to align license strategy with business objectives and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, engineering, business, or related field with relevant license management experience.
• Experience with license management, software asset management, or IT procurement.
• Experience in a global or engineering-focused environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralised and accurate inventory of all Cornerstone engineering software licenses and related documents.
• Monitor, audit, and validate software usage to ensure contractual and legal compliance.
• Interpret license entitlements, terms, and vendor obligations and mitigate risks.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and vendor relationship activities for license management.
• Support global deployment and delivery of cornerstone engineering applications and ensure license allocations align with project needs.
