AECOM seeks a License Management Specialist to oversee centralized licensing across the global enterprise. You will manage inventory, ensure legal and contractual compliance, and optimize license usage in alignment with technology strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, business, or related field with four years of experience in license management or SAM.
• Experience in license management, software asset management, or IT procurement is required.
• Experience in a global or engineering-focused environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralised, accurate inventory of Cornerstone licenses and related docs.
• Monitor, audit, and validate license usage for contractual compliance.
• Interpret license entitlements and vendor obligations.
• Mitigate compliance risks through audits, process improvements, and awareness.
• Develop governance documents for licensing and training on compliance.
