Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Remote Recruitment Manager for a global, fully remote role. You will lead specialized recruitment initiatives, build remote teams, and deliver bespoke talent solutions to clients across industries such as mining, oil & gas, and life sciences.

You will mentor a global team, define workforce strategies, oversee end-to-end recruitment, and maintain compliance while leveraging ATS, CRM, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in recruitment with 5+ years in leadership
• Experience recruiting for highly specialized or niche industries (mining, energy, life sciences)
• Proven success building remote recruitment teams
• Strong strategic, planning and execution capabilities
• Experience with global talent markets and international practices
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and analytics tools
• Master's degree in HR/BA or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global, remote team of recruitment specialists in specialized sectors.
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to niche markets and client needs.
