Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Early Years Learning Coordinator to lead online educational initiatives for young children. You will develop engaging digital learning programs, guide remote educators, and uphold high standards of virtual early childhood education.

You will drive curriculum quality, mentor a distributed team, and partner with product teams to improve the learning platform, advancing international reach and accessibility from anywhere in the world.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in curriculum development and delivery for early years, with a focus on digital platforms.
• Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams.
• Strong understanding of child development and online learning best practices.
• Excellent communication and facilitation for online interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and manage online curriculum and learning resources for early years.
• Provide virtual training and mentorship to remote early childhood educators.
• Monitor effectiveness of online programs and implement improvements based on data.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance the online platform UX.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards for virtual early childhood education.
• Conduct virtual parent-teacher consultations and guidance for learning at home.
