Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an innovative Learning and Development Manager to lead remote L&D initiatives. You will design, implement, and evaluate training programs to align with organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous learning.

The role emphasizes instructional design, adult learning, and strategic program management with autonomy to shape learning across Centurion and beyond.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in Learning and Development with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning theory.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning tools.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and project management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic L&D initiatives.
• Experience designing leadership development programs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a company-wide learning and development strategy.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis and feedback mechanisms.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in learning and development.
• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure training initiatives support strategic goals.
• Develop and manage leadership development programs.
• Foster a learning culture throughout the organization.
