Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Executive Search Specialist to join a fully remote, international team. You will independently manage high-level search assignments for CEO, C-suite and board roles across industries worldwide.

With 10+ years in executive search, you will leverage advanced research methods, a broad network, and discretion to deliver market intelligence, candidate assessments, and strategic client guidance from anywhere with reliable internet access.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in executive search with global placements.
• Master's degree or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous.
• Eligible to work remotely from Northern Cape or globally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute global executive search mandates for CEO and board roles.
• Develop and implement innovative search strategies.
• Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping.
• Build relationships with a global network of senior executives.
• Manage client communication and provide counsel throughout the search process.
• Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics in all activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights.
• Identify potential client opportunities through your network.
• Manage multiple international search projects concurrently.
