The position requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work a night shift aligned with Australian business hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, call centre, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
• Comfortable asking probing questions to understand root causes.
• Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple software and ticketing platforms.
• Resilient and adaptable in a high-volume environment.
• Willing to work night shift from 00:00 AM - 09:00 AM SAST aligned with Australian business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions across calls and written channels.
• Diagnose customer issues by asking logical and probing questions to identify root causes.
• Follow established troubleshooting and problem-solving processes to resolve customer queries.
• Communicate clearly and professionally when explaining services, solutions, or technical information.
• Respond to customer enquiries through email, SMS, chat, and other support channels.
• Accurately document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in ticketing and CRM systems.
• Manage multiple customer queries and service queues while maintaining a helpful and empathetic approach.
