Job summary

Colony Brands team seeks a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service handling inbound and outbound interactions, processing orders, resolving enquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a call centre, matric, and strong communication, problem-solving, and upselling skills to meet KPIs including CSAT, AHT, FCR and sales targets. Night shift availability is required in a fast-paced environment at iContact BPO.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 matric with 1–2 years in a customer service or call centre role.
• Experience servicing international markets (US/UK) is advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication, accuracy and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
• Process orders, payments, returns, exchanges and update accounts accurately.
• Identify needs, provide effective solutions and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales and customer value.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in systems.
• Meet KPIs: CSAT, AHT, FCR, quality, productivity and sales targets.
