Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner or HR Director for a core business unit in a fully remote setup. You will align people strategies with organizational and financial performance, oversee the employee lifecycle, and drive data-driven HR initiatives across a globally distributed workforce.

The role requires strategic HR leadership, hands-on execution, and measurable results in workforce management, engagement, and organizational effectiveness in an international tech

Formación

• At least 4 years in an HRBP or HR Director role in international digital/IT/product companies.
• Experience implementing core lifecycle processes: hiring, onboarding, training, succession, performance reviews.
• Experience managing payroll budgets, turnover, and workforce efficiency with measurable impact.
• Strong compensation knowledge, HR analytics, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent business acumen with a results‑oriented mindset and ability to translate HR initiatives into outcomes.
• Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Align workforce management, employee development, and engagement with business priorities.
• Partner with managers to ensure the right people are in the right roles and HR processes are consistently applied.
• Oversee staffing, probation outcomes, and headcount planning.
• Improve engagement, retention, and long-term commitment across the org.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and development, succession planning, performance evaluation, and offboarding.
• Monitor HR metrics and apply analytics to optimize resource allocation and effectiveness.
