Placements24 is seeking a visionary Remote HR Lead to shape and scale People Operations for a fast-growing international ecommerce platform. You will own onboarding, lifecycle management, HRIS, compliance, and the employee experience in a fully remote environment.

Lead design and improvement of HR processes, oversee HR technology, ensure global compliance, and partner with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to deliver a seamless employee journey.

Competenze

• Master's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years HR experience with 5+ years in HR Operations leadership.
• Experience designing scalable HR operations and HRIS implementations.
• Strong knowledge of global employment laws and compliance.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
