Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support across business units in a fully remote capacity. You will align HR initiatives with business goals, drive engagement, and enhance organizational effectiveness in a dispersed workforce.

Responsibilities include partnering with leaders on HR strategies, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning while addressing complex employee relations and change management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, MBA or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of HR principles, labor law, and best practices.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance on talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning.
• Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Facilitate organizational development initiatives and change management processes.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
