Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR management or related field.
• 15+ years progressive HR leadership experience; at least 5 years at Director level.
• Experience with global organizations and knowledge of international labour laws.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Technology sector experience preferred; exceptional business acumen and communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company's global vision and objectives.
• Lead and manage all HR functions including talent acquisition, development, compensation, and employee relations.
• Drive organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Oversee development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations in South Africa and other operating regions.
• Foster a strong organizational culture that promotes innovation, diversity and employee engagement.
• Partner with the executive team to provide strategic HR insights and guidance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team and manage the HR budget.
