Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR management or related field.
• 15+ years progressive HR leadership experience; at least 5 years at Director level.
• Experience with global organizations and knowledge of international labour laws.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Technology sector experience preferred; exceptional business acumen and communication.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A PhD is advantageous.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in senior HR leadership roles, with at least 5 years at Director level.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies in global organizations.
• Extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and change leadership.
• Deep understanding of international labour laws and HR best practices.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Strong business acumen and financial literacy.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in the technology sector is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
