Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• PhD is advantageous.
• 10–12 years of progressive leadership experience in HR, with strategic HR management.
• Proven track record implementing HR strategies in large organizations.
• Deep understanding of talent management, compensation, employee relations and OD.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor the HR team to foster excellence.
• Oversee talent acquisition, management, and retention strategies.
• Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Drive organizational development, change management and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with South African labor laws and regulations.
• Advise executive leadership on people-related matters.

• Manage HR budget and resource allocation.
