Job summary

Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking a sales professional with strong hospitality industry background to drive client acquisitions and revenue growth. You will engage with diverse market segments, maintain relationships, and coordinate site visits and promotions.

The role requires travel, excellent negotiation skills, and a track record in sales within hospitality. A valid driver’s license and passport are essential for local to international travel as required.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate – Grade 12 is required.
• Sales diploma or degree is preferred.
• Hospitality or Tourism diploma or degree is preferred.
• Knowledge of Infor/SCS and Dineplan advantageous.
• 5+ years’ experience in a sales role is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in hospitality is required.
• Excellent negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure professional, accurate and timely correspondence.
• Maintain detailed records of leads, calls, site inspections and events.
• Prepare weekly and monthly revenue and progress reports.
• Set clear sales objectives and provide support where needed.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Host and organise educational visits and site inspections.
• Support ad hoc projects as required.
• Liaise with General Manager on sales support and unit-based promotions.
