Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to deliver support via phone, email, and chat from Umhlanga, Durban. The role offers relocation support and a chance to work in an international team on a global retail project.

You will handle German-language inquiries, assist with orders and returns, resolve complaints with empathy, and maintain customer records while meeting KPIs. The position is based on-site in Umhlanga with weekend rotation possible.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency required.
• Valid work permit for South Africa.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Customer service or call centre experience preferred.
