Cross Border Talents in Durban is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international retail project. You will assist German-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat, helping with orders, deliveries, returns, and product questions.

Relocation support is provided. You’ll work in Umhlanga’s modern offices with a friendly, diverse team and clear KPIs focused on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Valid permission to work in South Africa.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Customer service or call centre experience (retail experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Open to rotational shifts (including weekends).
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in German via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with orders, deliveries, returns, and product questions.
• Resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records.
