Job summary

Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a highly motivated Senior SDR with fintech and payments experience. You’ll drive outbound prospecting, identify enterprise opportunities, and work with Business Development Managers to grow our global payments portfolio.

You’ll engage decision-makers, build a robust pipeline, and travel for conferences as needed. This onsite role requires strong English communication and a track record of hitting targets in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or SDR roles.
• Experience in FinTech, payments, financial services, PSPs, or SaaS with financial exposure.
• Proven outbound prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development.
• Experience engaging with merchants, business owners, and enterprise stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Research target accounts, merchants, partners, and key decision-makers.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound prospecting.
• Generate new opportunities via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and networking.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and forecast reporting.
