Job summary

Delta-v is expanding its leadership to manage SDR/BDR teams serving fast-growing international FinTech clients. You will hire and coach, optimize sales processes and campaigns, and act as Account Manager to provide market insights and reporting to clients.

The role places you in Cape Town, with leadership responsibilities shaping the growth strategy and working closely with Europe’s FinTech partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years B2B sales experience with pipeline generation.
• 1+ years management experience with full responsibility for sales staff.
• Track record of achieving quota/sales targets.
• Deep knowledge of sales processes and methods.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and manage SDRs/BDRs.
• Develop and optimize outbound campaigns and playbooks.
• Act as Account Manager to FinTech clients with insights and reporting.
• Form part of Delta-v’s leadership team steering business growth.
