Job summary

Delta-v is seeking a senior sales leadership professional to oversee and grow offshore SDR/BDR teams for international FinTech clients. You will hire, train and mentor top performers, while shaping outbound strategies, playbooks and reporting. You’ll engage with client leadership to deliver market insights and ensure campaign success.

The role offers exposure to Europe’s FinTech scene, a strong learning culture, and a leadership position within a driven, autonomous team at Delta-v.

Qualifications

• 5+ years B2B sales experience with pipeline generation.
• 1+ years management experience with full responsibility for managing salespeople and recruitment.
• Track record of achieving quota/sales targets.
• Deep knowledge of sales processes and methods.
• Strong learning mindset and sales craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Developing and leading teams of SDRs/BDRs.
• Hiring, coaching and managing sales personnel.
• Optimising sales processes and sales playbooks.
• Acting as the Account Manager to FinTech clients with market insights and reporting.
• Contributing to Delta-v’s leadership and growth strategy.
