Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Proven ability to conduct cold calling and prospecting.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
• Experience within the Fintech sector.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential clients.
• Identify and qualify leads based on target customer profiles.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Update and manage customer information within the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve business development targets.
