Job summary

Kinalta Group SA in Cape Town is seeking a Junior Service Delivery Co-ordinator to join our support office. You will be the steady point of contact between UK clients and care staff, coordinating rotas, maintaining client data, and responding to changing needs.

This role requires strong communication, organisation and time-management, plus a flexible, process-driven approach. You will work with local SA colleagues and the UK team to deliver consistent, high-quality home care services.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from existing clients, care staff, and new client enquiries.
• Manage rota scheduling - assigning care staff to clients based on preferences and availability, and resolving last-minute changes as they arise.
• Assisting with day-to-day operational and administrative matters.
• Liaise with clients and care staff to resolve issues and proactively respond to concerns.
• Build positive working relationships with care staff, understanding their availability and support needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries when handling client information.
