Job summary

bioCURE EnvironmentalCleaning Services is seeking a highly organised Customer Service Operations Co-ordinator in Cape Town to manage the service delivery hub. You will schedule daily routes, issue work orders, onboard new clients and coordinate deliveries, while maintaining accurate data across systems and ensuring timely customer updates.

The role requires strong administrative skills, experience with CRM and MS Office, and the ability to communicate professionally via WhatsApp and email.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent.
• Experience scheduling, service coordination or admin roles.
• Experience with route planning and issuing work orders.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience communicating with customers via WhatsApp and email.
• Proficient across multiple digital platforms including CRM and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on-site at the PEDI Operations Hub in Philippi from 07:00 to 16:00.
• Experience in cleaning, waste management, or facilities service is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and issue daily routes and work orders accurately and on time.
• Provide clear and professional service communication to customers.
• Process product orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain accurate information across scheduling, CRM, and customer-management systems.
• Monitor SLA adherence and flag risks before breaches occur.
• Provide reliable reporting and operational data.
• Manage customer service tickets through to resolution.
• Onboard new clients and capture required information.
• Coordinate service requirements with Operations Manager and Billing Admin.
• Update CRM and operational systems daily; compile weekly and monthly reports.
