Modern Day Talent is recruiting a Care Coordinator for a UK domiciliary care client, expanding its South African team to provide dedicated administrative support to UK operations.
The role is primarily administrative and coordinating, ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care by scheduling Healthcare Assistants, maintaining records and responding to evolving needs. Training is provided.
Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm UK with one (1) weekend shift per month

The business has an established presence in South Africa and is expanding its South African team to provide dedicated administrative support to its UK-based care operations.
We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our client’s Hourly Care team in a primarily administrative and coordination-focused role.
You will play an important part in ensuring that clients receive consistent, high-quality care by coordinating Healthcare Assistants, maintaining accurate client information and responding to changing client and carer needs.
This is a fast-paced role where priorities can change quickly, so you’ll need to be organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.
Previous care coordination experience is not essential. Our client is open to entry-level candidates and will provide structured training, documented processes and ongoing support to help you succeed.
We’re looking for someone who is confident, compassionate, tech-savvy and genuinely passionate about making a difference to people’s lives.
You don’t need to have worked in care before. Our client places significant value on attitude, enthusiasm and empathy and is willing to train the right person.

You’ll receive a structured onboarding programme designed to help you build confidence in the role. Training includes communication skills, difficult conversations, system training and call shadowing, supported by documented processes and resources you can refer back to.
