Velenosi&Meredith seeks a German-speaking Customer Service Consultant for an on-site role in Cape Town. You will support customers in German and English via phone, email, and chat, handling orders and deliveries in a fast-paced, international online retail setting.
Start date is Sept/October 2026. Applicants must have German B2–C2, solid English, Matric/Grade 12, and prior customer service or call centre experience.

- Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends
- Attractive remuneration package
- One-way local flight to Cape Townprior to start date
- 20 nights accommodation provided on arrival
- Full-time, on-site role in Cape Town
