Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor based in Cape Town to deliver high-quality support to international customers via phone, webchat and email. You will manage bookings, re-bookings, cancellations and general travel inquiries.

You will update records, solve problems proactively and maintain accuracy and productivity. The role includes a night shift allowance and a competitive monthly salary, with Medical Aid or Medical Insurance and a pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Fluent German language required.
• 12 months international call centre experience OR airline reservations / travel agency experience.
• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Clear criminal and credit record.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to international customers via phone, webchat, and email.
• Handle bookings, re-bookings, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
• Update customer records and account information.
• Own the customer experience with proactive problem-solving.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and quality in all tasks.
