CB Talents SP is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor – Retail to support our Durban North Coast operation. You will handle high-profile customer cases, manage SLAs, and work closely with teams to deliver excellent service in a retail context.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months international call centre experience, Grade 12, and fluency in German. The role requires aligning shifts to European business hours and a commitment to quality, data security, and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• German fluency (written and spoken)
• Minimum 6 months international call centre experience
• Grade 12 completed

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of high-profile and escalated customer cases from start to resolution.
• Manage work orders in line with defined SLAs.
• Proactively identify and offer solutions to customer issues.
• Apply behavioural, quality, and compliance standards consistently.
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
• Communicate campaign or process updates to colleagues, customers and managers.
• Develop product and campaign knowledge within the retail environment.
• Aim for first contact resolution wherever possible.
• Protect customer data and information security using internal processes.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences at all times.
• Verify and update customer information accurately.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
