What you will do in this role
  • Take ownership of high-profile and escalated customer cases, managing them from start to resolution
  • Manage work orders in line with defined business SLAs
  • Proactively identify and offer solutions to customer issues or concerns
  • Consistently apply agreed behavioural, quality, and compliance standards
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members
  • Communicate relevant campaign or process updates to colleagues, customers, and managers
  • Develop and maintain strong product and campaign knowledge within the retail environment
  • Ensure first contact resolution wherever possible
  • Protect customer data and information security, escalating issues using the correct internal processes
  • Deliver excellent customer experiences at all times
  • Verify and update customer information accurately
  • Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture
