Job summary

Velenosi&Meredith seeks a German-speaking Customer Service Consultant for an on-site role in Cape Town. You will support customers in German and English via phone, email, and chat, handling orders and deliveries in a fast-paced, international online retail setting.

Start date is Sept/October 2026. Applicants must have German B2–C2, solid English, Matric/Grade 12, and prior customer service or call centre experience.

Qualifications

• German proficiency B2–C2 (spoken and written).
• Strong command of English.
• Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
• Customer service or call centre experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with online orders, deliveries, and general enquiries.
• Deliver professional service in German and English.
