Velenosi&Meredith is seeking a German-speaking Customer Advisor for an on-site role in Cape Town. You will support customers in German and English by phone, email, and chat, handling online orders, deliveries, and enquiries. The position requires German proficiency at B2–C2, good English, and a Matric.

Relocation to Cape Town is available for this full-time role. The role offers attractive remuneration, relocation flight, and 20 nights of accommodation on arrival, with weekend rotations included

Qualifications

• German proficiency at least B2–C2 (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Matric / Grade 12 is essential.
• Experience in customer service or call centres is preferred in retail.
