Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Representative to assist customers by phone, email and live chat in a fast-paced, international setting based in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

You will be the first point of contact, resolving inquiries about products, billing or technical issues, documenting interactions in the CRM, and escalating complex cases as needed to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent German (C2) written and spoken.
• English proficiency minimum B2.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat.
