Placements24 is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive sales in the George region. You will lead a high-performing team, develop strategies for enterprise accounts, and build strong C-level relationships to close complex deals.

The role requires deep knowledge of enterprise software sales, strategic planning, and the ability to navigate large organizations. Travel within the territory and collaboration with product and marketing teams are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive sales roles with 3+ years in sales management or leadership focusing on enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record closing large, complex enterprise deals.
• Experience building coaching and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and expand enterprise client relationships in George.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to achieve quotas.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to closing deals.
• Build C-level relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and tech support to ensure client success.
