Placements24 is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead sales in George, Western Cape. This hybrid role combines remote work with in-person collaboration to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth.

You will mentor a growing sales team, develop innovative strategies, and pursue large enterprise opportunities, shaping the future of enterprise technology for clients in the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise software sales with multi-million rand deals.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise client needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of enterprise account executives.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closure.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, product management and customer success teams.
• Analyze market trends and competition to refine sales strategies.
• Accurately forecast sales revenue and manage the CRM pipeline.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
